Introduction & Contractual Scope

Welcome to Qiidshgbhd. This Purchasing Agreement & Transaction Terms document sets out the conditions applicable to retail purchases and orders placed through our online storefront, operated by Hongkong TrueBloom Limited.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Please review these documents before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. Purchaser Eligibility & Authorization

By placing an order through our platform, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a purchasing agreement.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.
  • The information you provide for payment, billing, and delivery is accurate and complete.

Customer service correspondence may be retained for order assistance, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping as described in our Privacy Notice.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Product listings are subject to availability. An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for a reasonable operational reason, including:

  • An item becoming unavailable.
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
  • A material pricing, description, or technical error.
  • An inability to verify information reasonably required to process the order.
  • Shipping restrictions affecting the delivery destination.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items to the original payment method. Where funds have only been authorized, we will request release of that authorization.

Changes to prices, specifications, or promotions will not retrospectively alter an accepted order without your agreement, except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Product Descriptions, Appearance & Sizing

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the dimensions, materials, colors, patterns, and attachment methods of products across our Classic Checks, Everyday Solids, and Festive Prints collections.

  • Display Variations: Product colors may appear different because of screen settings, photography lighting, or normal material and production variations.
  • Pattern Placement: The position of checks or printed details may vary between individual bow ties.
  • Measurements: Minor differences may occur because of manual measurement or normal manufacturing tolerances. Refer to any specific tolerances stated on the product page.
  • Product Selection: Please review the listed dimensions, attachment method, materials, and intended use before purchasing. Where relevant, measure your pet’s neck or existing collar to assess suitability.
  • Pet Use: Follow the product’s fitting and care instructions. Pet bow ties are decorative accessories and should not be used as restraints or chew toys. Supervise use and remove the accessory if your pet shows discomfort or the item becomes damaged.

If an item is materially different from its description, contact us using the procedures in our Return & Refund Policy. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Pricing, Catalog Errors & Corrections

Occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing, promotional details, or stock information.

  • We may correct inaccurate information when an error is identified.
  • If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any available options.
  • Where an affected order is canceled, payments collected for the canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • We will not charge a higher corrected price for an existing order without your agreement.

Any cancellation or correction remains subject to applicable law.

6. Stock Availability & Delivery Estimates

Stock indicators and delivery dates reflect the information available when displayed and may change during order processing.

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for preparation before dispatch.
  • Estimated Transit Time: Standard shipping generally takes 10 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier operations.
  • Delivery Delays: Customs inspections, severe weather, transport disruptions, and local carrier backlogs may extend delivery times.
  • Unavailable Items: If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and refund the unavailable item or arrange an alternative with your agreement.

7. International Orders & Product Information

For orders shipped internationally:

  • Destination Availability: Available delivery destinations are displayed at checkout.
  • Instructions & Labels: Review the product listing for available instructions, care information, and labeling details. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification.
  • Import Restrictions: Please check any destination restrictions relevant to your purchase. We may decline an order if we identify a restriction that prevents shipment.
  • Seller Obligations: Nothing in this section transfers to customers any product, labeling, safety, or other compliance obligations that applicable law places on us.

8. Customs Duties, Taxes & Additional Charges

The order total and any taxes or shipping charges collected by Qiidshgbhd are displayed at checkout.

  • Additional Import Charges: Unless explicitly included at checkout, international orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs handling charges payable by the customer where permitted by applicable law.
  • Customs Processing: Customs authorities may request information or payment before releasing a shipment. Please respond promptly to any legitimate requests.
  • Delayed or Returned Shipments: If customs processing prevents delivery, contact our support team so we can review the circumstances and available options.

Any charges or resolution will remain subject to applicable law and our published policies.

9. Governing Law, Corporate Identity & Support

This Purchasing Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. This provision does not deprive you of protections that apply under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.
